When?

• Park on Trailview Drive and walk up the hill. You will notice me near the forest entrance.

What to Expect?

• Interactive drumming circle
• Listening to variety of musical instruments
• Easy exercises for breath, to calm down and to cleanse your body

• Like for a “Busker” on the street!

Let’s take a walk in the woods.

With no specific destination in mind, we will wander, observe and immerse ourselves in nature. Allow our senses to guide us.

When was the last time you walked into the woods with no plans? No final destination? Without a species to ID, hill to climb, or lookout to conquer?

This is exactly the experience offered by a forest bathing session.

With Veronika and her flutes and few other musical instruments – You can let go of everyday life and connect with “nature” easily.

During the 2hrs together I will play live and healing frequencies from variety of musical instruments such as

• Native American flutes
• Crystal bowls
• Melody drum
• Drums
• easy tips to try on your own body to help balance your BODY-EMOTIONS-MIND-SPIRIT
• etc.

All this will happen in a beautiful and serene environment of the salt room at the Oasis of Healing Spa, further amplifying your relaxation experience.
Of course, all the other services offered in the center will be available to you as well.
